ORDERING
You may order online or via telephone with a credit card through our secured server. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
ALL orders shipped via UPS, street address required.
*UPS Ground Standard Shipping Orders, please allow between 10-14 business days for delivery.
Please check your order when it arrives to make sure that all items are present. Any discrepencies must be communicated to us WITHIN 7 days of receipt of order. PurpleEaglesStore.com is not responsible for missing items after 7 days.
UPS Overnight, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select Orders
We must receive these orders by noon for same day shipping. Orders received after 12 noon (Eastern Time) will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday for Overnight delivery will not arrive until the following business day, which is usually Monday. Saturday delivery by UPS is available to some areas. Please call us if you have any special delivery requests.
Canada- Delivery is now available through UPS Ground Canada. Transit times are usually 2-3 business days. You can order right online and select UPS Canada Ground as your shipping option.
International shipping is available, email us with EXACTLY what you would like to order and how soon you need it. We will then email you with shipping options. All international orders must be prepaid in advance in US Dollars, no foreign credit cards accepted.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All returns must be called in to a customer service representative at our Toll Free 1.800.397.6707 number to receive authorization.
RETURN PROCEDURE
> To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product, please call customer service or send us an email. For faster service, please include the following in your email: name, invoice/order number, product being returned, and the reason for return request.
> NO returns of any type will be accepted without a valid RA number.
> Your RA number must appear clearly on the outside of the return shipment.
>> The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received, please allow 7-business days to process your return. Returns will be refunded with a check. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your return for a refund by check.
EMAIL
We ask you to provide us with your email address to notify you about the status of your order, to provide you with information about upgrades or recalls, and to notify you about special offers or events. We do not SPAM. We do not sell, rent, trade, or in any way provide our customers email address to any other party. Customers who purchase from us regularly, may inadvertently be entered into our system as a duplicate record. If you receive more than one copy of a message from us, or if you would prefer us not to contact you after your purchase, simply contact our customer service department at 1.800.397.6707.
